“When my wife and I decided to replace the bow window in our home I researched and got estimates from four companies. Two of the companies stated that they could not make the window because the existing window opening was too small. Niles assured me that the manufacture of the window was not a problem. When they arrived at my house to install the window I was somewhat nervous since I had a problem with another window company in the past. I was intent on watching everything that they did. It did not take me long to realize I was just wasting my time and went about my normal business. When the job was complete I was amazed that they had built a roof over the window and even purchased the roof shingles to match my existing roof. All of the existing wood on the roof and sides was covered in aluminum to match the window. To the naked eye it looks like the whole window and roof was installed as one piece.”
