“When my wife and I decided to replace the bow window in our home I researched and got estimates from four companies. Two of the companies stated that they could not make the window because the existing window opening was too small. Niles assured me that the manufacture of the window was not a problem. When they arrived at my house to install the window I was somewhat nervous since I had a problem with another window company in the past. I was intent on watching everything that they did. When the job was complete I was amazed that they had built a roof over the window and even purchased the roof shingles to match my existing roof. All of the existing wood on the roof and sides was covered in aluminum to match the window. To the naked eye it looks like the whole window and roof was installed as one piece.”

Best Windows Around I was impressed with Freedom Windows from start to finish. There was no high pressure sales, but instead, a patient education in windows with a feeling of 100% confidence in the Serious Windows product. The crew showed up on time, worked neatly and efficiently, took pride in their work, removed trash instantly, and were friendly and informative. Lastly, the product itself is tremendous. Every original window we had was replaced. The windows are thick, easy to clean and use, sturdy, and beautiful. Had the pleasure of getting a new bow window installed by Niles, Mike and crew of Freedom Windows. They installed a sweet looking bow window in my living room made by Serious Materials. The inside is 100% furniture grade oak which I applied 3 coats of poly to and it looks great. It looks so good my wife does not want to hide it with curtains. I was highly impressed with how informative and how knowledgeable the sales team was. Once I decided, after shopping and pricing numerous window companies, the pricing was exactly what I was quoted the first time Freedom windows came to my home. I felt extremely comfortable with Freedom Windows due to the fact that they did NOT give me a feeling of being pressured. Most of the companies had a very hard sales pitch. The installation process was very quick and clean. After having many remodeling jobs done in my home I know how most contractors are late, disorganized and messy. I never once felt that way with Freedom Windows. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family. 10 plus.

Thank you Niles and the Freedom Window crew, on time, professional, neat and a great installation process. We did the widows in three stages and after the first installation in our bedrooms we knew that we had to have Serious Materials windows in our whole home. These windows really do make a difference. The governments U rating for energy efficient windows of .30 is a joke. the U value on the windows from Serious Materials is much lower .16-.20 basically a minimum of a R5 plus window.

The new Serious windows and patio door installed by Freedom Windows are great. They keep my house much warmer and more comfortable, and I no longer feel any drafts. I could always feel drafts coming in through my old windows and, of course, the cold coming off the metal frames. My house outside looks newer and more modern as well.
